Fall 2012, I decided to purse a second Masters degree in the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Louisville. The program that I chose was the Masters of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development with a concentration in Workplace Learning and Performance.

ELFH 671- Performance Interventions

ELFH 671 teaches students to analysis of performance problems to identify, select/develop and evaluate interventions that improve performance of individuals, groups, organizations to achieve organization's goals. It focuses on the Intervention role of a performance technologist.
